Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:115637-DB Court No. - 21 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 22781 of 2025 Petitioner :- M/S Nandini Enterprises Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Mohd Rehan Ansari,Pradeep Kumar,Shama Firdaus Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta,J. Hon'ble Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra,J. 1. It appears that the petitioner was blacklisted by District Magistrate, Deoria by order dated 05.05.2020. By another order dated 04.05.2020 the operation of account of the petitioner in Central Bank of India was put on hold. The case of the petitioner is that recently on 04.07.2025 the Block Development Officer has sent a communication to the Deputy Labour Commissioner, Deoria for permission to make balance payment stating that the work under contract was duly performed but on account of order of blacklisting, the balance payment was not made. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now in view of favourable report in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner may be permitted to approach the District Magistrate for redressal of his grievance. 3. Sri Rajiv Gupta, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, has no objection to the same. 4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merit, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent no. 2 with exhaustive representation along with true attested copy of the instant order, so that the grievance of the petitioner is examined and appropriately redressed.
