In this view of the matter, reliefs which are claimed in this petition are kept open, subject to proceedings which may be iled after the caste validity claim of the petitioner will be decided by the scrutiny committee. 4. Since the petitioner was terminated from the services, we request the Caste Scrutiny Committee to expedite the caste validity claim, preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order. 5.
