This writ petition has been filed for the following relief :- "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 02 to consider the grievances of the petitioner and issue the Passport of the petitioner. B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 02 to take appropriate action regarding the application of the petitioner dated 21.03.2025 and issuance the Passport of the petitioner within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (ANNEXURE NO.-01 to this writ petition)." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that identical issue had already been considered and decided by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ - C No. 41540 of 2023 (Pawan Kumar Rajbhar Vs. Union of India & 2 Ors. vide judgement and order dated January 19, 2024 [Neutral Citation No. - 2024:AHC:26720-DB ]), therefore, this writ petition may also be disposed of, on the same terms and conditions. 4. Learned counsels for the respondents do not dispute that the controversy involved in this matter is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgement. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of, in terms of the judgement and order dated January 19, 2024 passed in the case of Pawan Kumar Rajbhar (Supra).
