Civil Judge, Jr. Dn. & JMFC, Thirthahalli, to the Court of the Judicial Magistrate First Class (Traffic Court-II), Bengaluru City, is now sought to be withdrawn, as the Petitioner intends to avail appropriate remedy under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking transfer of criminal proceedings hence, the undersigned counsel humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition under the relevant provisions of the
