However, the petitioner's property tax and charges were wrongly classified under the commercial tariff. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the 2 nd respondent on 05.05.2025 in this regard. However, till date the representation of the petitioner was not considered. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 5.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation dated 05.05.2025, made by the petitioner will be considered and the same will be disposed of at the earliest point of time.
