Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya/Respondent No.1 to accept the jointing of the Petitioner as per offer letter dated 09.09.2025, and consequently quash the letter dated 10.10.2025 (Anneuxre-A), issued by Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya/ Respondent No.1. B. Pass any other order or relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the circumstances of the above case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The office has raised objection regarding the maintainability of the writ petition before the Bengaluru Bench. 3. The petitioner, aggrieved by the order passed by the first respondent has filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing Respondent No.1 to accept the joining of the petitioner as per the office letter dated 09.09.2025 and consequently, quash the letter dated 10.10.2025 issued by Respondent No.1. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45115 WP No. 33210 of 2025 4. Admittedly, Respondent No.1 is the resident of Gujarat. It is not the case of the petitioner that Respondent No.1 is having a branch office in Karnataka. The order passed by Respondent No.1 is in Gujarat and the petitioner is resident of New Delhi. This Court has no jurisdiction to entertain this writ petition. The office objection is upheld. 5. In view of the above discussion, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate Forum in the appropriate proceedings.
