The present writ petition has been filed challenging the First Information Report dated 16.06.2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 302 of 2025, under Sections 2(b)(i), 2(b) (xi), 2(b) (xiii), 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Jhagaha, District- Gorakhpur. 3. The recital in the first information report discloses commission of an offence by the petitioner. 4. In view of the aforesaid, it is not a case to quash the first information report against the petitioner. 5. The writ petition is dismissed. 6. Dismissal of the present writ petition shall not prevent the petitioner from filing an application for anticipatory bail which shall be decided by the concerned court on its own merits.
