Mahanta, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr. M. 2025:MLHC:374 3 Lyngdoh, learned counsel for the applicant/respondent No. 6 has submitted that in course of hearing of this application being MC[WP(C)] No. 75 of 2025, it is noticed that in the cause title, the name of the respondent No. 6 was given as the Syiem of Sohra, Sohra Syiemship, who incidentally is also the applicant herein. It is therefore prayed that this instant application may be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application on the same grounds as has been stated in the earlier application.
