Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When the case was taken up for consideration and learned Counsel for the petitioner was confronted with the factum of the petitioner having not exhausted the statutory remedy, learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw present writ petition, with liberty to avail the statutory remedy. 2. At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be protected for a week and till the petitioner invokes the alternative mechanism, no coercive action be taken against it by the respondents-Electricity Board. 3.
