Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the application has been submitted by the petitioner on 05/11/2024 before the respondent No.2/RTA, but till date, neither the said application has been decided nor any order has been passed by the the respondent No.2/RTA. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondent submits that if the application filed by the petitioner is still pending before the respondent No.2/RTA, the same will be decided within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the application filed by the petitioner Annexure P-1. 5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the State/respondent, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2-The Regional/State Transport Authority, Raipur to decide the application submitted by the petitioner on 05/11/2024, within a period of thirty days, if the same is still pending before him,. 6.
