This is the second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 22.4.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 8160 of 2019 (Shami vs. State of U.P.). 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the first informant submits that the trial in the present matter has concluded and the same is fixed on 03.04.2025 for delivery of judgement. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has not disputed the said fact and submitted that the matter be decided at this stage. 6. Since the trial has concluded and the same is fixed for delivery of judgement on 03.04.2025, accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. 7.
