The applicant has filed marriage petitions which are pending at Family Court at Kolhapur. The applicant is lady. The applicant is residing with two children at Kolhapur. She works at Kolhapur. She is finding it difficult to attend Court dates at Belapur. The distance between Belapur and Kolahpur is more than 250 Kms. The applicant works at Kolhapur. She is finding it difficult to attend Court dates at Belapur. It is settled law that convenience of wife has to be considered over the husband. 5. In view of above, I pass following order: O R D E R I. The application is allowed. II.
