The only prayer made in the present petition to direct the respondent No.2 to decide the objection dated 01.03.2023 filed by the petitioner, copy of which is appended as Annexure No. 6 to the writ petition, expeditiously. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that on 11.02.2023 a general notice was issued by the office of the respondent no. 2. Pursuant to the aforesaid objections were submitted by the petitioner before the respondent no. 2 on 01.03.2023 but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter, hence the petitioner has preferred the present petition. 3. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, instructions dated 12.08.2025 placed today in the Court, the same is taken on record, operative portion of which reads as follows:- "उक्त कके सम्बन्ध मम अवगत कररानरा हहै कक प्रकरण ककी तहससीलदरार सदर सके जराजांच कररायसी गयसी तहससीलदरार सदर ककी जराजांच आख्यराननुसरार ममौजरा महरादकेव झरारखण्डसी टनु० नजां० -3 तप्परा व परगनरा- हवकेलसी, तहससील सदर, जनपद-गगोरखपनुर कके वतरमरान खतमौनसी फसलसी सनन् 1428-1433 कके शकेणसी 4 (क) मम अजांककत आरराजसी सजां 0-746/1/4 कम० रकबरा 0.401 हके० अकतररक्त घगोकषित भभूकन ससीललजांग खरातके ककी भभूकम हहै, इससी आरराजसी करा शकेषि रकबरा कभन -कभन व्यकक्तययों कके नराम सके कनु ल -23 खरातयों मम बतमौर सजांक्रमणसीय भभूकमधर दजर अकभलकेख हहै। उलकेखनसीय हहै कक ऐसके प्रकरणयों कके कनस्तरारण हकेतनु लजलरालधकरारसी गगोरखपनुर महगोदय कके आदकेश कदनराजांक 25 जभून 2023 कके दराररा 5 सदस्यसीय जनपद स्तरसीय सकमकत करा गठन ककयरा गयरा हहै। यराचसी कके प्रराररनरा पत्र पर करायरारलय उपलजलरालधकरारसी सदर कके पत्रराजांक -1538/ आशनुलल० (सदर)-25 कदनराजांक 29 जनुलराई 2025 कगो जनपद स्तरसीय सकमकत कगो ररपगोटर प्रकेकषित कर दसी गयसी हहै प्रकरण सकमकत कके समक कवचरारराधसीन हहै। अननुदकेश आख्यरा सकेवरा मम सरादर प्रकेकषित।" 4. In this view of matter, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the committee will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the Committee concerned to take a decision most expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
