GP FOR MED HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE The Court made the following order: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO.4234 of 2025 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue an order, writ or directions, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring that the action of the respondents particularly respondent No.4 in not considering the petitioner’s representation dated 20.01.2025 requesting to permit the petitioner to reappear in the final year examination of BDS Course for the academic year 2024-2025 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents particularly respondent No.4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2025 requesting to permit the petitioner to reappear in the final year examination of BDS Course for the academic year 2024-2025 and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble High Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice...” 2. The writ petition is filed in not disposing the representation, dated 20.01.2025 filed by the petitioner herein, wherein the petitioner has requested the respondent authorities to permit her to reappear in the final year examination of BDS Course for the academic year 2024- 2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent- University has furnished the memorandum vide Ref.No.2505/E3/BDS/ EXAMS/2025-1, dated 06.02.2025 issued by the Registrar, Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences, A.P., Vijayawada. As seen from the said proceedings, the representation of the petitioner was considered and the case of the petitioner was rejected. 3 4. As the respondent authorities has disposed the representation of the petitioner, there is nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. If at all the petitioner aggrieved the said proceedings, dated 06.02.2025, she is at liberty to assail the same before the appropriate authorities. There shall be no order as to costs.
