Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 02.01.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0002 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 309(4), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 324(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Industrial Area, District Yamunanagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioners does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say that in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may avail the remedy as available in law.
