Through the instant writ petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a direction to respondent No.3 for providing a manual appointment date for registration of the conveyance deed to be executed by respondent No.4 in favour of the petitioner. 2. Considering the nature of the grievance raised in the writ petition, this Court deemed it appropriate to direct the personal appearance of respondent No.3-Sub Registrar before this Court, so as to seek an explanation as to why the petitioner was required to approach this Court for getting the conveyance deed registered. This Court is also of the view that, in the event respondent No.3 is of the opinion that the conveyance deed cannot be registered, he is required to pass a speaking order in this regard in accordance with the provisions of the Registration Act and the Indian Stamp Act. He submits that, in the event the petitioner presents the conveyance deed before him physically, necessary action shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of the Registration Act and the Indian Stamp Act. 4. In view of the statement made by respondent No.3, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction that, in the event the petitioner approaches respondent No.3-Sub Registrar along with the conveyance deed, the latter shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. 5.
