This is an application filed under Order XLI Rule V of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 praying for stay of the operation of the Judgment and order dated 12.12.2024 passed by the learned Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation, Bongaigaon in E.C. case no. 12/2024. Since the connected appeal has already been admitted, the operation of the Judgment and order dated 12.12.2024 passed by the learned Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation, Bongaigaon in E.C. case no. 12/2024 shall remain stayed subject to the condition that the appellant deposit Rs. 1,75,000/- (Rupees One lakh seventy five thousand) before the Registry of this Court within 6 (six) weeks from today. And, on such deposit being made by the applicant/appellant, the opposite party no. 1/ respondent shall be allowed to withdraw the said amount on proper identification by their learned counsel.
