By the instant writ petition, the petitioner is praying for the following reliefs:- i) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the recovery notice whereby which Rs. 1,82,042/- has been recovered from the petitioner gratuity. ii) Issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondents to release the recovered amount of Rs. 1,82,042/- along with 18% compound interest. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue as raised in this petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by the Coordinate Bench passed in bunch of petitions leading one WPSS No. 1387 of 2017, Vinod Kumar (deceased) vs. State of Uttarakhand and others, decided on 02.01.2024. 5. Mr. Kandpal, learned Standing Counsel for the State, fairly submits that the issue as raised in this petition is squarely covered by the said judgment. 6. In view of the submissions, as made above, this writ petition is disposed of finally in terms of the judgment dated 24.12.2024, rendered by the Coordinate Bench passed in bunch of petitions leading one WPSS No. 1387 of 2017, Vinod Kumar (deceased) vs. State of Uttarakhand and others, decided on 02.01.2024.
