Filing of the petition of present nature seeking directions from the High Court for the prupose of constructing one-fourth part of the road as RCC road by way of public interest litigation, cannot be countenanced. 3. The petitioner, if has any grievance/right, he has to approach the Authority under the provisions of the relevant Act and/or the Civil Court. 4. The petition, as filed, cannot be entertained, the same is, therefore, dismissed.
