ORAL ORDER
Sri.Syed Shahrukh., counsel on behalf of Smt.Sheela Krishna., for the petitioner and Sri.Somashekar counsel for the respondent have appeared in person. 2. Mr.J.K.Verma deceased and represented by his son, Sri.Sunil Kumar Verma, Mr.H.Raju, Mr.Harrison, Mr.Raje Gowda, Mr.Ramalinga and Mr.Mohammed Yousuf Basha deceased and represented by his wife, Smt.Mushtari Begum are present before the Court and they have been duly identified by their counsel Sri.Syed Shahrukh. Sri.Syed Khadri – General Manager of the respondent management is present before the Court and he has been duly identified by his counsel Sri.Somashekar. 3. Counsel for the respective parties jointly submit that the parties to the lis have settled the matter amicably and accordingly, they have filed a joint memo stating that the Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the joint memo. Counsel, therefore, submits that the joint memo may be placed

on record and the Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo. 4. Counsel Sri.Somashekar., submits that he is handing over six cheques bearing Nos.485817, 485813, 485814, 485815, 485816 and 485818 dated 18.11.2025 each for a sum of Rs.50,000/- to counsel Sri.Syed Shahrukh. Counsel Sri.Syed Shahrukh., acknowledges receipt of the cheques. 5.
When queried, the parties submit that they have taken a conscious decision to settle the matter and have voluntarily signed the joint memo and if an order is passed, they shall not seek for recalling the order. 6. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties and the joint memo is placed on record. 7. The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint memo. - 4 -
