1. Heard both sides.
2. Petitioner has executed certain contract works for the respondents and for payment of dues, had approached the Jharkhand Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council by filing a case under the MSMED Act,
2006. The case was given a case number being Case No.JH/20/M/JKH/00154 and the said Council had rendered its decision on 18.08.2022, which is annexed as Annexure 5 to the writ petition. The said adjudication by the Council has not been questioned by the respondents in any forum and has attained finality.

3. It appears that the respondents have not made the payment as adjudicated by the said Council till date, ostensibly because of lack of fund. Other than this, there is no other defence pleaded by the respondents.
4. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the respondents are
directed to comply with the adjudication made on 18.08.2022 by the Jharkhand Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council and make the payment as directed thereunder with applicable rate of interest mentioned therein within two months from today without fail.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
