HEMALEKHA ORAL ORDER The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for the following reliefs:- a) Issue any suitable order, direction or writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025 produced at Annexure-F. b) Issue any suitable order, direction or writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of developed land in the industrial layout formed by acquiring the land of the petitioner, on the lines of the GO - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50551 WP No. 35015 of 2025 dated 23.02.2021 bearing No.103 SPQ (E) 2019 marked as Annexure-G. c) Pass such other order, writ or direction as the Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case including costs. 2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land bearing Survey No. 80 measuring 3 Acres 37 Guntas, situated at Arehalli Guddadahalli, Doddaballapura Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District. The said property has been acquired for establishment of an industrial area pursuant to the preliminary notification under Section 28(1) followed by a Final Notification issued by the KIADB under Section 28(4) of the KIADB Act on 18.09.2002. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the representation has been submitted requesting allotment of a developed land in lieu of compensation the said representation has not been considered by the authorities, compelling him to approach this Court. 4. Learned counsel Smt. Namitha.S on behalf of H.L. Pradeep Kumar submits that the representation of the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50551 WP No. 35015 of 2025 petitioner shall be considered in accordance with law, within a time bound manner. 5. The said submission is recorded. 6. The grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed if necessary directions are issued to the respondent nos. 2 and 3.
