Issue order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation filed by petitioner dated 04.07.2025, within stipulated period of time. II. Issue order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 and 4 to not to harass the petitioner and interfere in land of the petitioner without any legal proceeding, during the pendency of present Writ Petition." Petitioner claims that proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was decided in favour of petitioner and restoration was moved by the private respondents which was decided by the officer concerned. According to petitioner counsel, respondents no.3 and 4 are threatening the petitioner that he will be dispossessed. An application has been moved by the petitioner before District Magistrate in that regard. From perusal of record, no case for interference is made out. However, in case any encroachment is done by the authorities, the petitioner has a remedy under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Writ petition is misconceived and the same stands dismissed.
