This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC to transfer MC No.54/2022 pending consideration before the Senior Civil Judge, Bailhongal, to the Competent Family Court at Dharwad. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as the petitioner herein was aborted on account of fetal issues and further the respondent herein is not taking care of the petitioner herein and taking into account the distance between Bailhongal and Dharwad is around 50 kilo meters, I find force in the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and accordingly, petition is allowed. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:4365 CP No. 100205 of 2024 4.
