Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J The petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) in Government Senior Secondary School Devi Kothi, Tehsil Chamba, District Chamba, H.P. stated to be a hard/tribal area. Her case is that on completion of normal tenure at the present place of posting, she preferred a representation dated 06.01.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.2/competent authority, seeking her transfer to a station of her choice, however, the said representation has not been considered till date. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner be permitted to furnish a fresh representation to respondent No.2/competent authority, in accordance with law, 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 seeking her transfer from the present place of posting, whereafter the said respondent be directed to consider and decide the same within time bound schedule. Learned Deputy Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 3. Having regard to above submissions, the instant writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation to respondent No.2/competent authority, within a period of one week from today, who shall in turn, consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within a further period of four weeks.
