The dispute is as to whether all the construcon as raised by defendant No.2 is permissible as per law or not. Learned counsel submits that because of the status quo order as passed by the Court, respondent No.2 is not able to apply for the Occupaon Cerficate. 3. Since construcon has already been raised and respondent No.2 does not intend to raise any further construcon for the me being as stated by learned counsel, the present peon is hereby disposed of with the direcon to the trial Court, to proceed further with the trial expediously.
