This petitioner is an accused presently in S.C.No.441 of 2024, which split from main parent case in S.C.No.324 of 2013. He was absconding for nearly 14 years and was secured only on 30.09.2024. By that time, his case was split up from the parent case and assigned the new S.C.No.441 of 2024. 3.
