1. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would feel satisfied in case the instant petition is treated as representation to be considered by the respondent No. 3 within some reasonable period to which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the official respondents on asking of the court Mr. Mr. Alla ud din, learned AAG has no serious objection provided the same is directed to be considered in accordance with rules and as per law.
2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is taken up for final disposal at the very threshold by directing respondent No. 3 to treat the instant writ petition as representation and accord consideration to the same within a period of six weeks from the date copy of this order along with the writ petition and Annexures are made available to the said respondent.
3. It is made clear that while according consideration to the instant petition, the Deputy Commissioner, Bandipora-respondent No. 3
shall take into consideration the communication dated 19.09.2023, which has been addressed by Office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir to Deputy Commissioner, Bandipora and has been placed on record as Annexure-I with the instant petition.
4. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of, in the manner indicated above.
