ORAL ORDER
The petitioner has sought for a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to give approval for change of land use from agricultural to residential use, as decided by respondent No.2 at the meeting dated 12.03.2013. It has also sought for a direction to the respondents to consider its application for change of land use as per its application dated 11.06.2018 without insisting upon the documents mentioned at Sl.Nos.6 and 15 in the endorsement dated
23.06.2018.
2. When this writ petition was listed for preliminary hearing in 'B' group, the learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the petitioner had furnished the documents

at Sl.Nos.6 to 15 as stated in the endorsement dated 23.06.2018 and following this respondent No.2 had processed the papers and sent the request of the petitioner for approval by the State Government. He therefore contends that the writ petition has spent in itself and no directions can be issued to respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid.
4. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for
consideration in this writ petition and the same stands dismissed.
