In the present matter, this Court by order dated 23.2.2021 directed to implement the orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos 289/2008 and 3360/2010. But, same were not found to be complied with, therefore, this Court by the order dated 5.12.2025 granted last chance to comply the orders within 10 days. 2. Today, learned AGP, on instructions made a statement that the order of this Court has already been implemented in the matter and the employee has been reinstated and also paid him all the arrears of wages. According to the learned AGP, the orders are now complied with in the matter. 3. In view of this, nothing survives in the present application. Hence, Review application stands disposed of. (PRAVIN S.
