It is submitted by Mr. Nath that the case has already been settled outside the Court and in consideration to their settlement, the money has been paid to the respondent out of one time settlement i.e. on 11.03.2022 before the learned Family Court No. 1, Kamrup (M). Accordingly, it is submitted by Mr. Nath that he wants to withdraw the same with a liberty to file a fresh application. Prayer is allowed.
