Both the criminal appeals have been filed by the appellant Nand Ram against the judgment and order dated 19.02.2002 passed in Sessions Trial No.219 of 1994 convicting the appellant under section 302/34 IPC. 2. As per office report dated 10.04.2025 based on the report of the C.J.M., Amroha, dated 25.03.2025, appellant Nand Ram son of Sumera Jatav died on 23.05.2022. His death certificate alongwith statement of Pramod Kumar son of deceased, statement of Gram Pradhan as well as statement of Sub Inspector are also on record with the report. 3.
