The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested on the strength of the NBW through P.T Warrant and he is in prison from 30.12.2024. He further submitted that the petitioner is a sole breadwinner of his family and due to his incarceration, his family is suffering. He further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to co-operate with the trial. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) strongly opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner stating that the case is pending from the year 2021. He further submitted that, the NBW was issued in the year 2022 and the petitioner was secured on 30.12.2024. He also submitted that, apart from this case, petitioner to his credit has two previous cases. He further submitted that if the petitioner released on bail, there is a possibility that the trial could be stalled. 4.
