As per affidavit dated 20.08.2019 filed by Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh, the Corporation is liable to pay its contribution along with interest to the tune of Rs.90,057/-. 3. The petitioner claims that she is entitled to interest from 2019 to date. Considering the fact that respondent calculated its liability Rs.90,057/- in 2019, this Court to resolve the matter finds it appropriate to direct the respondent to release a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards full and final liability within three weeks from today. 4.
