By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs; “9. … A. Your Lordships may be pleased to admit and allow the present Special Civil Application; B. Your Lordships may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing Ld. Gujarat C/SCA/16031/2025 ORDER DATED: 27/11/2025 Educational Tribunal to expeditiously hear and finally decide Application No. 132 of 2021 pending before it, within a stipulated period as may be deemed fit and proper by this Hon’ble Court, in accordance with law and after granting due opportunity of hearing to both parties; C. Pass such further and other orders as may be deemed just, fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case, in order to secure the ends of justice and to ensure that the Applicant is not made to suffer further on account of procedural delay in adjudication of the pending matter; D. Your Lordships may be pleased to pass such other and further orders, as may be deemed just, fit and proper in the interest of justice.” 3. Heard. Considering the fact that the application was made by the petitioner as back as in the year 2021 and as this Court does not know anything about the workload, which the concerned Tribunal is having, it would not be possible for this Court to direct the concerned Tribunal to hear and decide Application No. 132 of 2021 of the petitioner within some time-bound schedule. However, if an application is made by the petitioner before the Tribunal to C/SCA/16031/2025 ORDER DATED: 27/11/2025 hear and decide Application No. 132 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, the concerned Tribunal shall hear and decide such application as early as possible and in accordance with law. 4.
