In this writ petition, the petitioner herein challenging the Endorsement referred to at Annexure- E issued by the respondent No.3-Thasildar, inter-alia sought for direction to respondent No.3-Thasildar, to consider the case of the petitioner as per the representation dated 30.12.2024 produced at Annexure-C1. 4. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, in the impugned order at Annexure-E, it is stated that no land has been granted in favour of grand father of the petitioner -Marappa @ Hanumappa, and on the other hand, on careful consideration of the Annexure-B issued by the very same authority would indicate that, durasth has been made in respect of the subject land. These two documents are evidently contradictory to each other. Therefore, I find merit in the submission - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:25684 WP No. 4455 of 2025 advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Hence, I pass the following: ORDER i) The writ petition is allowed. ii) Endorsement produced at Annexure-E (undated) issued by the respondent No.3-Thasildar, is hereby quashed and matter is remitted to respondent No.3-Thasildar, to re-consider the issue afresh after considering the order 19.11.2024 produced at Annexure-B to the writ petition and take decision in the matter within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. iii) All contentions of the parties are kept open.
