S PRANATHI The Court made the following order: The present writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner’s representation dated 24.12.2024, seeking supply of medicine. 2. Heard Sri Regulagadda Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for the respondents. With the consent of both the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health, appearing for the respondents, has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the 7th respondent, dated 02.04.2025. A perusal of the same would reflect that the medicine sought by the petitioner was always supplied to the petitioner. The stock was available throughout the year 2024 and the same is in stock in 2025 also. It is further stated by the respondent that the authorities are ready to provide these medicines as and when the petitioner approaches the Government General Hospital, Guntur, with a proper prescription from the concerned department doctor. 4. The written instructions of the 7th respondent, dated 02.04.2025, are placed on record. 5. Recording the submission made by the respondents, the Writ Petition is disposed of, as the relief sought by the petitioner does not merit consideration in the light of the instructions placed before the Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
