Sri Alok Ranjan Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant and has pointed out that the informant has not been made party in this writ petition by the petitioner. The writ petition has been filed stating that Sri Rajnish Kumar, is the sole petitioner in the writ petition, but there is no such petitioner named in the array of the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw this writ petition and file better petition. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty. In case fresh petition is filed by the petitioners, an advance copy of same shall be served on Sri Alok Ranjan Mishra, learned counsel for informant in this case.
