This case arises on the alleged non-compliance of the order dated 11.09.2025 entered in WP(C) No.24945 of 2025. This Court vide order dated 11.09.2025 at the operative portion said as under:
“In the above circumstances, writ petition is disposed off. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to make a fresh representation against the impugned order dated 30.06.2025 and if one is made, OP No.2 shall consider the same and inform result of consideration to the petitioner within an outer limit of 10 days. All contentions are kept open.”
2. After service of police notice the opponents having entered appearance through the learned AGA submits that the order has been complied with by passing an endorsement dated 28.11.2025 a copy whereof is already served on the complainant. Therefore, the proceedings be dropped. There is force in this submission.

In the above circumstances, the proceedings in CONTC No.5243 of 2025 are liable to be dropped and accordingly they are, reserving liberty to the petitioner to workout his grievance against the subject order in accordance with law. In that connection, all contentions are kept open.
