Hon'ble Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra,J. 1. The petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to handover the seized passport to him. 2. Sri A.P. Tripathi, Advocate appearing for Union of India, on instructions, states that the passport was impounded on 06.07.2023 and as it was not returned to the Passport Office, therefore, it was seized at the Airport on 14.04.2025. A copy of the order, by which, a passport was impounded, has been handed over to counsel for the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 06.07.2023, by which, the passport was impounded and consequential action. 4.
