The instant petition has been filed praying for a restraint order against the respondents so that they do not acquire the house and land of the petitioner or carry out any demolition. 2. The aforesaid reliefs have been claimed on the premise that respondents are seeking to take over the land of the petitioner for widening of a public road without any acquisition. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the written instructions received from the State respondents, according to which the subject land has been acquired under the provisions of Act No. 30 of 2013. According to the instructions award has already been declared on 9.12.2024. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the aforesaid stand of the State respondents prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedies. 5.
