Bali, Advocate Vs. UT of J&K and Ors. ...Respondent(s) Through: CORAM: HON’BLE MR JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE O R D E R 28.05.2025 Quashing of interim order dated 26.04.2025 passed by the Court of Judge Small Causes, Srinagar (for short ‘Trial Court”), whereby petitioners/ defendants were restrained from harassing and intimidating the plaintiffs till next date of hearing, is sought for in instant petition. Impugned order is subject to filing of objections to the interim application. Not only this, the Trial Court has given liberty to the petitioners herein to apply for vacation, modification, and revocation of the order impugned even before the next date of hearing.
