Present petitions are filed challenging the status-quo orders passed by the learned Commissioner in the revisions pending before him. The orders clearly show that the parties are directed to maintain status- quo till further orders. This Court does not find anything in the orders so as to cause interference at the hands of this Court. It is open for the parties to agitate all the grievances before the learned Commissioner. The learned Commissioner is expected to hear all the grievances. Needless to say that it is the learned Commissioner before whom the 2025:BHC-AUG:3876 ( 2 ) wp1837.25 Revisions are pending, to decide all such contentions of the parties. The learned Commissioner is expected to dispose off all the proceedings as early as possible and preferably by end of 30th June, 2025. 03. The Writ Petitions accordingly stand disposed off.
