Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:7195-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 987 of 2025 Petitioner :- Vijay Prakash Gupta Respondent :- Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Anshul Gupta Counsel for Respondent :- Krishna Agarawal,Narendra Kumar Tiwari Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Grievance of the petitioner is with respect to electricity bill dated 6.12.2024 on the ground that petitioner's application for reduction of load has remained pending. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the load factor has been reduced and the bill has been worked out all over again. The order passed, in that regard, has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner, today, in the Court. In that view of the matter, the grievance raised in the writ petition does not survive. The writ petition is consigned to records. Liberty however stands reserved to the petitioner to raise any grievance, if the petitioner is still not satisfied with the action of respondent. It goes without saying that if such approach is made by the petitioner to the competent authority, his grievance would be considered, in accordance with law.
