L.Ramanathan https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 13688 of 2025 ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner, as per the order of this Court dated 11.06.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.10285 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.643 of 2025. 2. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that due to poverty and financial constraints, he was unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays for extension of time to comply with the conditional amount imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant further time to the petitioner till 25.07.2025 to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 11.06.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.10285 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.643 of 2025.
