Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Though, this case has been listed today as an application seeking early hearing of the writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, however, at this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that interest of justice would be served, in case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents-Competent Authority, with regard to the issue raised in the writ petition, within two weeks from today and same be ordered to be decided by the competent Authority within some time bound period. 3. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation as far as the merit of the case are concerned and the representation shall be decided by the Authority concerned in accordance with law.
