By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner, who was working as a compounder with respondent No.- 4, is seeking regularization under Regularization of Persons Working on Daily Wages or on Work Charge or on Contract in Government Departments on Group 'C' and Group 'D' Posts (Outside the Purview of U.P. Public Service Commission) Rules, 2016. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner has already approached the competent authority by making representation dated 8th January, 2025, which may be directed to be disposed strictly in accordance with law and the competent authority in the matter is respondent No.- 2. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to look into and consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representation dated 8th January, 2025 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Needless to add, the order to be passed by the respondent concerned as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
