The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case No. 1073 of 2015 (State Vs. Raj Kumar @ Sua & others), arising out of Case Crime No. 883 of 2014, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506, 352, 387 IPC, Police Station Punwaya, District Shahjahanpur. 2. After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Abhishek Trivedi, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to the applicant to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3. In view of the above, this application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the concerned court and file regular bail application, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
