ORAL ORDER
1. Rule. Learned APP waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent-State.
2. This application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita for regular bail in connection with F.I.R. No.11211056240602 of 2024 registered with Surendranagar City ‘B’ Division Police Station, District Surendranagar, for the offences in question.
3. Learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is a student of BBA and his examination is scheduled to be held from 13.11.2025 to 25.11.2025. He has, therefore, submitted that the applicant may be enlarged on bail by imposing suitable conditions.

4. From the record it appears that earlier, the application had been filed by the applicant seeking regular bail being Criminal Misc. Application No.14361 of 2025, which was allowed to be withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 21.07.2025 since this Court was not inclined to exercise its jurisdiction in favour of the present applicant.
5. The present being a successive application, this Court is not inclined to consider the case for regular bail. However, having regard the fact that the applicant is a student of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and his examination is scheduled to be held from 13.11.2025 to 25.11.2025, the applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for TWO Weeks from the date of his actual release on the applicant’s furnishing personal bond of Rs.5000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned authority, on usual terms and conditions.
6. The applicant shall surrender before the concerned jail authority on expiry of the temporary bail period. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted TODAY.
