Petitioner was directed to be transferred from Hathras to Etawah in pursuance of a Transfer Policy. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to join at transferred place, however, he submits that he may be allowed to join at transferred place after present academic session ends as his son is in Class-X studying in a school at Hathras. 4. Learned advocates for respondents submits that transfer is made under Policy dated 03.06.2019 and may not be interfered. 5. I have considered above submissions and I am of opinion that in given circumstances, since son of petitioner is in Class-X and studying at Hathras, therefore, to disturb his studies in mid-session would be adverse to his future. 6. Therefore, taking note of undertaking given by petitioner that he will join at transferred place on 01.04.2026, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that till 01.04.2026, impugned order i.e. transfer order qua to petitioner shall be kept in abeyance. 7. In case petitioner does not join at transferred place on 01.04.2026, the concerned respondents may initiate disciplinary proceedings against him. Order Date :- 16.7.2025 N.
